How much is shipping?
We offer express shipping at $16 via Australia Post.
However, we also offer pick-up from Northern Sydney for Free.
How will my order be packed?
All plants will be packed bare rooted.
We select the best quality plants from our stock to fulfill your order. Each plant is removed from its pot and cleaned of the soil as this is the safest, cleanest and cheapest way to posting succulents. Plants are posted neatly wrapped with padding to ensure a safe arrival. Size, colour, and shape may vary a little according to the season, or the cold and due to slight drying upon packing and may possibly look slightly different from the photo.
When will my order been shipped?
Order placed on Monday and Tuesday will be dispatched by 48h. Orders on Wednesday or after will be shipped on the next Monday (or Thursday if Monday is Public holiday).
Will I be notified when my order is sent?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been send. If you did receive the email after 4 business days, please contact us.
